Prof. Manijeh Razeghi has been an inspiration to me since the very first day I met her. She founded an excellent research center, Center for Quantum Devices, at NU, and has already graduated 50+ PhD students within 25 years! I am constantly reminded the research excellence of CQD / NU through their outstanding III-V compound semiconductor device works. I am lucky to be #40th PhD graduate in this line of excellence and am indebted to Prof. Razeghi for her guidance throughout my PhD journey...
