Since 2000, the OSA International Council has sponsored approximately 100 trips through the OSA Fellow Traveling Lecturer Program reaching students and scientists in over 40 developing nations.

Trip Highlights

OSA Fellow M. H. Hong, National University of Singapore, visited and presented in Academia Sinica, National Taiwan University, and National Chiao-Tung University on Laser Microprocessing and Nanoengineering.

During the trip Hong also exchanged research ideas and shared his research on laser matter interactions with the Student Chapters in National Taiwan University and National Chiao-Tung University.
