Honoring Betty

Just a few years into my career, I was only scratching the surface of all there was to learn about marketing as well as publishing. My manager at the time, Betty, patiently sat with me for hours showing me various processes and teaching me critical marketing skills. Something that I always appreciated was that, Betty treated me as her equal. Although we only worked together for a short time, her management style left huge impression on me and has inspired the manager that I have become today.
