Honoring Stefan Sydor

Walking through the Corning Museum of Glass this past weekend, I had to make a special stop and see my grandfather hand polishing the Mt. Palomar mirror. He was one of the men picked to spend months finishing the mirror. At the museum there is a movie clip of men in white suits standing on top of the mirror with "polishing mops." My father, brother, and I all work at the company my grandfather started 52 years ago and everything we have, we owe to him. My mentors today are my dad and brother.
