Honoring Paul Kelley

I am thankful to Paul Kelley for his support of OSA's Publishing program during the past 40 years. I appreciate his wise contributions as important policy and strategic decisions were debated by the Publications Council and Board of Editors. Specifically, I would like to recognize Paul for urging us to develop a compilation of journal performance activity reports that we have now been using and expanding upon for ten years. I can't imagine being without my statistical record book!!!
