Andrea brought me into the association world, confident from the very beginning that I would be successful. In her mind the best way to add value to membership was for staff at all levels to embrace the organization's mission - which she lived out every day. Andrea saw value in helping her staff reach personal and professional goals, even when those goals meant a whole new path. Her grace and utter professionalism continue to be inspiring.
