Honoring Our Mentors

In recognition of the importance mentors play in shaping our lives, the OSA Foundation (OSAF) has created an “Honor Your Mentor” program allowing members of the optics and photonics community an opportunity to publicly recognize someone who has served as a mentor. The goal of the program is to honor great mentors and remind us all of the important roles mentors have in our careers and lives.

Your donation will fund future professional development, mentoring and networking programs for our early career professionals and students through the OSA Foundation Annual Fund.

Mentor tributes will be posted to our recognition board below, along with being shared to the OSA Twitter account @OpticalSociety. Note that you may honor someone deceased or living. Multiple mentors may also be honored with separate donations.
