When first launched, did your technology make a transformational change for the end-user or was it an advancement of the prior art? Describe this.
The InvisiLight Optical Solutions made a major advancement in how fiber is deployed to ILUs and MDUs. Superior bend-insensitive fiber known as EZ-Bend® Optical Fiber became the founding technology platform for InvisiLight, as it surpassed the technical standards for bend radius. This capability assures high optical performance in the fiber with negligible loss even when the optical fiber is tied, installed around many corners or excessive slack stored in tight customer premise modules.

OFS’ global manufacturing assets and corporate vertical integration are a major competitive advantage. The InvisiLight Optical Solutions were developed and manufactured totally in-house as OFS innovated the optical fiber, the cabling (jacket and coating) and finally the connectivity segments (which includes the connectorization and wall modules).
