Company License Registration

This registration option provides companies with the license to provide multiple employees with access to the webinar. It is the best value if there are 3 or more employees interested to view the webinar.

  • For the live webinar, employees must participate using one phone line and one computer log in. This is ideally suited to take place in a conference room.
  • For the webinar recording, each employee who is registered will receive individual access to view the webinar recording from their desktop.

This registration option is available only to OSA Corporate Members. Registration is only available with a registration form.

The OSA Corporate Member rate applies to employees of Corporate Member companies, regardless of OSA individual membership status.

Refund Policy for Registration

A US $75 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.1408. Requests for refunds that are received 2 weeks before the start of the live webinar will be honored.

Checks and Money Orders

All checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Make payable to The Optical Society. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.
