Journal of the Optical Society of America (JOSA) Publications Award

Thanks to a generous donation from an OSA member, the JOSA Publications Award has been established to help defray publication charges (page charges, reprints and color charges) for JOSA A or JOSA B authors.

Eligibility

Individuals will be considered for this award if they meet one or more of the following criteria:

• A first-time author
• A senior retiree
• A citizen of a developing country

Review Process & Selection Process

The JOSA A and JOSA B editors will choose the award recipients.

Applicants will be notified within two weeks of the status of their request. If selected, you will be informed of the amount awarded, which will be deducted from your page charges. Please note that only a limited number of awards will be presented each year.
