Professional/personal highlights:

I am a professor of physics working in the State Key Laboratory of Quantum Optics and Quantum Optics Devices, Institute of Opto-Electronics, Shanxi University at Taiyuan, Shanxi, P. R. CHINA. I enjoy teaching graduate students and continuing my scientific research in quantum optics and quantum information. I am working in a wonderful research group with friendly colleagues and good students. I am especially excited when significant experimental research is achieved and a manuscript based on our research results is published.

What is your advice for balancing one’s professional and personal life?

As a female physicist you have to take care of your family in addition to your professional job. You should keep your house clean and yourself having a good look to make your husband proud of you not only for your academic achievements, but also for your excellent talent on personal life.
