Best Student Paper Award
The IODC Best Student Paper Award has been established to encourage excellence in research and scientific presentation skills in the student optics community. The award includes a cash prize and a certificate.
To be eligible for the award, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student of an educational institution of collegiate grade who is devoting more than half-time to studies within the institution, at the time the paper was written. You must be listed as the presenting author of the paper and, if the paper is accepted, you must present the paper at the conference.
In order to be considered for a Student Award, you MUST select Student Member or Student Nonmember in the Member Status step of the submission process. If you do not select either of these, your paper will not be considered for the award.
