Conference Types:

Full Conference Registration

The registration fee for IODC 2010 includes admission to the technical sessions, exhibit, refreshments, the conference reception and one copy of the Conference Program and Technical Digest on CD-ROM. IODC Proceedings are available only upon selection of the appropriate technical registration.

Student Registration

Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are entitled to the same privileges as regular registrants. Students will not receive the IODC Proceedings, but may purchase them separately in advance of the meeting. Proceedings will not be available for purchase at the meeting. Students are required to present valid student identification when they pick up their registration materials.

Emeritus Registration

Emeritus members may also register at the discounted rate. To qualify for emeritus status, members must be fully retired and must have been an OSA member for at least 10 years. The member's age plus the number of years of membership in OSA must equal 75 years or more.

Emeritus members are entitled to the same privileges as regular registrants. Emeritus will not receive the IODC Proceedings, but may purchase them separately. Proceedings will not be available for purchase at the meeting.

Exhibit Only Registration

Exhibit Only registration allows attendees to access only the exhibit hall. This registration does NOT include access to the Technical Sessions, Conference Reception or a Program with Technical Digest on CD-ROM. To attend any of the technical sessions or receive the Program, you must register for a Technical Registration.

Extra Products for Purchase

Conference Reception

One conference reception ticket is included in the Full Technical Fee. Guest tickets may be purchased for US$ 65 per person.

Program and Technical Digest

One copy of the IODC/OF&T 2010 Program and Technical Digest on CD-Rom is included with a Technical Registration. Extra copies of the IODC/OF&T Program and Technical Digest on CD-ROM are available for purchase for US$ 75.

IODC Proceedings

Copies of the IODC Proceedings are available for purchase. Proceedings are included in the registration fee only where noted. Additional copies will NOT be available for purchase at the meeting. The printed version of the IODC Proceedings is available for US$ 70 and a CD-ROM copy is available for US$ 50. The price for CD-Rom and Printed Proceedings is US$ 75.

Payment Information:

Checks and Money Orders

All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to the Optical Society of America. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.

Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers

Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments.

Refund Policy and Customer Service:

A US $75 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.6140. Requests for refunds that are received by May 24, 2010, will be honored. All refund requests must be made in writing.

NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER May 24, 2010.
