Badges and registration materials will be available for pickup at the Registration Desk, located in Grosser Stern, Messe Berlin beginning at 15:00 on Sunday, 18 March 2012. Students must show valid student identification in order to pick up badges/materials if registered at the special student rate. Please be certain to bring your valid student ID or other proof of current enrollment.

Student Registration
Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are entitled to the same privileges as regular registrants. Students are required to present valid student identification or proof of current enrollment when they pickup their registration materials. Post-docs are not considered students.
Emeritus Registration
Emeritus members may also register at the discounted rate. To qualify for emeritus status, members must be fully retired and must have been an OSA member for at least 10 years. The member's age plus the number of years of membership in OSA must equal 75 years or more.
Exhibit Only Registration
Exhibit Only registration allows attendees to access only the exhibit hall. This registration does NOT include access to the Technical Sessions, Conference Reception or a Program with Technical Digest on CD-ROM. To attend any of the technical sessions or receive the Program, you must register for a Technical Registration.

Checks and Money Orders
All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to the Optical Society of America. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.
Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers
Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments.
Refund Policy for Registration
A US $75 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.6140 or submitted through http://help.osa.org. Requests for refunds that are received by 12 March 2012 will be honored. All refund requests must be made in writing
NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER 12 March 2012.
