John G. Conway

Awards & Distinctions

John G. Conway earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1944. He worked at the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory for two years before becoming a research associate at the Lawrence Radiation Laboratory. He received the 1980 William F. Meggers Award “in recognition of his leadership in the measurement and analysis of actinide crystal and atomic spectroscopy.” He was also a Fellow of OSA.
